I want to create a case from a study, but I can’t find the study.
If the study is not available on the Studies page, it might be stored somewhere else: on the PACS or in a folder. You simply need to import the study into Nexus by clicking the Add studies button on the Studies page. Search for the study on the From PACS or From a folder tab, select it, and then click the Create case button, and select the type of case you want..

How can I verify that the study or case that I just sent has been received successfully?
This piece information is recorded in the notifications area. To access this area click the bell icon. If you have sent a case, it will display on the Uploads page.
When I print a case, the Internet address (URL) of the case is also printed. How can I not print it ?
In your Web browser File menu, click Page Setup. In the Headers & Footers section (on the Margin & Header/Footer tab in Firefox), select -Blank- instead of URL, and then click OK..
