After authenticating, you access the product interface.
User information
Click on your name in the screen upper right corner, then click on My preferences.
The following information can be edited:

Name and first name,

Comment,

Institution,
-
Department,
-
Title,
-
Phone,
-
Email
Your password can also be edited.
The administrator may have configured Nexus no to allow the users to update their password for ease of user base monitoring.
Settings
The home page and the theme can also be edited.
Click on your name on the screen upper right corner, then click on My preferences.
Cases notifications
You can enter on which email addresses you would like to receive notifications for the cases you send and receive.
Click on your name on the screen upper right corner, then click on My preferences.
Add the number of addresses you want and indicate whether you want to receive notifications when sending and/or receiving cases.
