This optional service allows you to schedule studies for patients already registered in the institution. This service allows you to create DICOM studies from clinical data such as images, documents and video.

On the Scheduled studies page, first check that the study has not already been scheduled. Do this by searching for the study using filters. If you cannot find it, go to the next step.

Click on the Schedule a study button, and then search for the patient using filters in the window that displays.

Select the patient, and then click on the Schedule a study button. The fields in the Patient and Visit sections of the window are automatically filled out and dimmed.

Select the study date and time.

If the Institution and Department fields are displayed, select the appropriate values.

In the Resource, field select the device on which the study will be performed and then select the study type from the Procedure field.

If the Performing physician and Referring physician fields are displayed, select the appropriate values. If the referring physician you want is not listed, select Other, and enter the physician’s name.

Click on the Save button.
